so my little niece Kai is letting me bother her ballerina skirt for halloween because I am going to be a harajuka girl.. what is that you ask.. its a district in Japan that is open minded to fashion. You could say they are looked on as rebels.. google harajuka girls.

I have been in Grand Rapids Michigan since Thursday. Its been a really enjoyable trip. I am at an event we put on with my work called Juiced Event! I did not pack nearly enough warm clothes. This whole trip has really fired me up! It has helped met to be able to understand more. I am so glad I was able to come! I hope to be able to put into the works what I have learned. Michigan people are soo nice. Somone asked me where my southern accent was.. I thought I had one.. He said I could totally be a Michiganian.. well.. except I don’t say pop. Tomorrow I fly home and go straight from the airport to my sister-in-laws bridal shower. Long day of traveling tomorrow.

I am so excited for fall! Among the crazy activities with work I still find time to work on crafts! Such as cupcakes, felt dolls, and carving pumpkins. I can’t wait to start making scarves. I really would like to take a craft class at Michaels or at Joannes.. I am bummed because I just missed the Cake decorating class 
I want to start making brownies from scratch just as cupcakes! Baking is so fun! If you go to this site gives you a list of cooking classes at whole foods! I am so going to a few of these..

Symbolic meaning of the Ladybug:
Perhaps best known as an emblem of luck. When a Ladybug lands on you, it is said your wish will come true.
Asian traditions hold to the belief that if caught and then
released, the Ladybug will faithfully fly to your true love and whisper
your name in his/her ear. Upon hearing the Ladybug’s message your true
love will hurry his/her way to your side.
In Ireland, the Ladybug is said to be a symbol of protection. Ancient farmers of the land have considered the Ladybug a good omen as she controls aphid populations.
